With over 30 years of capital markets expertise, Will brings extensive experience across institutional sales, brokerage, and executive leadership, having served as CEO and director of several publicly traded small-cap companies. Current roles include President of Rockland Resources and Director of Adelphi Metals. Former roles include President & CEO of Nova Mentis Life Science Corp (formerly Liberty Leaf Holdings) and previous to that, CEO of Weststar Resources.

Mr. Balderson, is the President of Harmony Corporate Services Ltd., a private business consulting company located in Vancouver, British Columbia. Mr. Balderson has been an officer and director of several Canadian Securities Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange listed companies over the past 15 years. Prior to that, he was also an investment advisor at Union Securities and Georgia Pacific Securities Corp.

Yannis brings 38 years of experience in the mining industry, having spent 19 years with the BHP group of companies in roles such as "Chief Geophysicist, South America" and "New Business Development Manager" for the Global Minerals Exploration department. He has been instrumental in four deposit discoveries — now operating mines — across porphyry-copper, bauxite, nickel-sulphide and gold. Most recently, Mr. Tsitos was Founder, President & Director of Guyana-based Goldsource Mines Inc., which was taken over by Mako Mining in 2024.

Mr. Challis is a Mining Engineer with over 30 years experience in the operation, management, financing and analysis of mining projects around the world. Mr. Challis commenced his career as a Mining Engineer with Gold Fields Ltd. in 1974 before returning to Europe, where he worked as a mining analyst and project financier for several European institutions.

Mr. Smith, P. Geo., is an exploration geologist with more than 25 years of experience working for both junior and senior mining companies. Mr. Smith has a broad range of experience from the evaluation of grass roots properties to supervision of advanced projects including resource and reserve estimation, oversight of geological and technical activities for active underground and open pit mining operations.

Mr. Graber MA/BS has over 40 years experience in mining, construction and private equity. He served as a senior officer of Homestake Mining Company, and as a director of several public and private companies and is currently a director of First Bauxite LLC a private Guyanese Bauxite producer, and Renaissance Gold Inc.(TSX.V). Mr. Graber was a founding partner of Pacific Road Capital a mining private equity firm which invests in the mining industry worldwide.

Exploration geologist with 8+ years of experience in the Guiana Shield particularly Guyana. Former Exploration Manager with Greenheart Gold and Senior Project Geo with Reunion Gold prior merger with G Mining in 2024.

Notably, he was a core member of the discovery team credited with uncovering 6.5 million ounces of gold at the Oko West Project, an achievement recognized with the prestigious Mines & Money Discovery of the Year award in 2020 where he guided the project's development from a greenfield site to a formal Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE).
